MFE Terms and Conditions / End User License Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using Mission Focused Ethos software, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement. If you are using the software on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to use the software under that organization's approved access rules.
1. Definitions
"MFE," "we," "us," or "our" means Mission Focused Ethos, LLC. "Software" means the web application, reports, dashboards, workflows, templates, and related services provided by MFE. "Customer" means the organization, unit, company, or agency that authorizes use of the Software. "User" means any person who registers for or accesses the Software.
2. License Grant
Subject to these terms and any applicable agreement between MFE and the Customer, MFE grants authorized Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for internal operational, maintenance, logistics, reporting, dispatch, safety, and administrative purposes.
3. Authorized Use
Users agree to use the Software only for legitimate business, operational, or mission-support purposes. Users may not:
- Access data, locations, tenants, or records they are not authorized to view.
- Share passwords, verification codes, or account access with another person.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, role permissions, audit controls, or security safeguards.
- Upload malicious files, scripts, or content intended to disrupt the Software.
- Copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or create derivative commercial products from the Software except as expressly authorized in writing by MFE.
4. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information entered under their account and for protecting account credentials. Users must notify their site administrator or MFE support if they believe their account has been compromised or if their access should be removed.
5. Customer Data
Customer data remains the property or responsibility of the Customer, subject to the Customer's policies and applicable law. MFE may process Customer data only to provide, secure, troubleshoot, support, improve, develop, update, and administer the Software, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. MFE application owners, employees, contractors, or support staff may access product sites and related records from time to time for maintenance, customer assistance, troubleshooting, feature development, updates, security, and administrative support.
6. Government and Controlled Environments
When the Software is deployed into a Customer-owned environment, including AWS GovCloud or another controlled infrastructure account, the Customer is responsible for managing its own cloud account access, database access, secrets, keys, identity controls, backups, network configuration, and operational approvals unless a separate written agreement assigns those responsibilities differently.
Where applicable, use of the Software before a formal United States Government Authority to Operate, authorization, accreditation, or equivalent approval is for test, evaluation, demonstration, pilot, or pre-operational purposes. Customers and Users are responsible for determining whether and how the Software may be used in their environment and should use the Software at their own discretion until required approvals are complete.
7. Third-Party Services and AI Features
Some features may rely on approved third-party services, such as email delivery, mapping, document export, or AI-assisted summaries. Customer-controlled deployments should use Customer-approved credentials, endpoints, and configuration. AI-generated content is decision-support only and should be reviewed by an authorized human before operational action is taken.
8. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available" unless a separate written agreement provides different terms. MFE does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every operational circumstance.
9. Operational Decisions
The Software supports planning, visibility, reporting, coordination, and decision-making. It does not replace official command authority, safety requirements, technical orders, approved systems of record, maintenance manuals, regulatory processes, or professional judgment.
10. Audit and Monitoring
The Software may record user actions, login activity, acceptance of these terms, administrative changes, edits, exports, safety records, operational reports, and other activity needed for security, support, compliance, troubleshooting, and operational accountability.
11. Suspension or Removal of Access
MFE or the Customer may suspend, deactivate, or remove a User's access if the User leaves the organization, no longer requires access, violates these terms, presents a security risk, or is otherwise not authorized to continue using the Software.
12. Changes to These Terms
MFE may update, revise, replace, or otherwise change these terms at any time by publishing a new version. The Software may require Users to accept a new version before registration or continued use. Acceptance records may include the version, date/time, account email, IP address, and browser user-agent.
